Thomas A. Hanna, Jr.
President, Chief Financial Officer Does running a company with 500+ employees prepare Hanna for raising his 6 children, or is it the other way around? Either way, it works. In less than 3 years, the home care agency Hanna co-founded has already become one of the 75 largest employers in the six county Rochester area. A graduate of LeMoyne College and the Rochester Institute of Technology (M.B.A), Hanna draws daily on his extensive management experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Starting with little more than an idea, Hanna created a company serving a single client in Monroe County. Today, under his direction, that company has hundreds of clients throughout dozens of counties in upstate New York. In 2018, Hanna was awarded The Rochester Business Journal’s Health Care Executive Achievement Award. He and his wife are active in their parish. Hanna sits on various boards and councils and is especially active in youth sports.
