All-American Home Care is proud to support Elisa Heckathorn in her graduation from the United Way of Rochester’s Latino Leadership Development.  

Heckathorn, the Director of Operations for All-American Home Care, will graduate in a commencement on September 27 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Rochester. 

“We’re all so proud of Elisa. She’s worked hard to become an emerging leader in the Latino community, and in the local human services field,” said All-American Home Care CEO Marco Altieri. “United Way’s Latino Leadership Development encourages community awareness, leadership and networking in the local Latino community. It’s a fantastic program.” 

The mission of the Latino Leadership Development Program is to identify, train and promote the placement of Latinos in policy-making positions of community organizations in order to ensure these organizations are tapping the full potential of the Latino community, according to the United Way. 

For more than 30 years, the United Way’s Latino Leadership Development Program has been crafted to do just that, giving Rochester Latinos the opportunity to enhance their professional and personal skills as business and community leaders. 

The program includes thorough training with guest speakers, and networking.  

“I’m truly honored to have been afforded this opportunity,” Heckathorn said. “I look forward to further developing as a leader for the community and assisting others.”
